Operations & Client Services Manager

Our Operations and Client Service Manager, Patti, recently moved to Knoxville from Chattanooga, TN, with her miniature dachshund. She is passionate about serving and encouraging those in need.

Patti graduated from Central Michigan University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. After the birth of her first child, she spent the next 25 years homeschooling her three children. She then spent three years as the Administrative Assistant for her local church in Chattanooga. Patti most recently comes to us after working as an Account Manager with an independent insurance agency in Chattanooga.

Patti loves being a mother to her amazing three grown children. She enjoys reading, spending time with her children and daughter-in-law, working out, and serving and encouraging those who are suffering.
